JCNA Jaguar Clubs of North America www.jcna.com -- Beware of Mike Cummins, Jaguar Central (aka RCM Restorations)

Mike Cummins is a con-man who uses JCNA (Jaguar Clubs of North America) to further his fraud and theft.  He made the following representations to me to establish his 'credentials' (reputation in the JCNA community):

1. He stated he was a JCNA certified judge. In fact, he told me Cheryl was also a judge.

2. I was at the Spanish Landing Event in San Diego 2 years ago, August 2007. Mike had a gray 150S he was showing in the Concours Class, told me he owned the car, had restored the car. The car won that day.

3. Mike Cummins told me he was a premier restoration expert in the JCNA community, appeared to know and be very friendly with the judges.

I have confirmed with JCNA that Mike Cummins is not and has never been a certified JCNA judge.  I was told by JCNA that Cheryl and Mike only served as assistants to certified judges at several events in the past.

I have also confirmed the 150S Cummins represented to be his and restored by him at the Spanish Landing event in 2007 was NOT his car -- nor was it restored by him.  I was told the car was taken to Cummins for servicing, when returned (to the real owner), there were several items switched and missing from the car. Priceless original accessories.

I have confirmed the actual owner of the car did not know Mike Cummins was 'showing' his car.  Mike Cummins fraudulently used a car that did not belong to Cummins, was not restored by Cummins -- making representations to JCNA that he (Cummins) did in fact own the car and had restored it.  Cummins took part in 3 JCNA sanctioned events in 2007, winning all 3 events in the concours class, the last event scoring a 'perfect' 100.  He now uses these 'trophies' as the basis for his standing and expertise in JCNA.

JCNA is now aware of the fraud and will hopefully be taking action soon.  Let's hope JCNA takes strong action against Jaguar Central, Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins, Cheryl Koop-Cummins.  Not allow the Cummins to continue to use JCNA sanctioned events to find new 'victims' to commit fraud and theft.
