Cummins Case Going to Trial in June 2012

Spoke with District Attorney Homan Hosseinioun yesterday, he confirmed the case is going to trial in June 2012, will be arranging a date with Cummins' attorney next week.  If Homan does not contact all injured parties in the next week, please contact him, to confirm your availability to attend.  The more than attend/participate/testify, the better the chance to put Cummins behind bars for many (many) years.

Mike Cummins/Cheryl Koops-Cummins Case Going to Trial -- Update from DA

There was a motion heard today (Friday, May 11) to dismiss the case based on several defense arguments.  Luckily, we have prevailed on the motion to dismiss and this matter is heading for a jury trial within the next 30 to 45 days.  Mr. Santiago and myself will be getting together next week to coordinate witnesses and evidence.

BEWARE! Cheryl Koops-Cummins Now Using eBay User ID allthatisvintage11!

Beware!  Cheryl Cummins aka Cheryl Koops-Cummins, Cheryl Koops is selling Jaguar parts on eBay using User ID 'allthatisvintage11'.  Used eBay User ID 'cherylsclassics' Nov 2011 through December 2011, changed to 'allthatisvintage11' December 21, 2011.

These Jaguar parts (what Cheryl is selling on eBay) were to be quarrantined pending the trial, so Cheryl must have opened a special hidden stash.  I am confirming with authorities, however the last update (January 2012) was Mike Cummins was still in jail awaiting trial, Cheryl was on bail awaiting trial. 

These are very bad dishonest people.  BEWARE!  Here's a picture of Cheryl before being arrested in March 2011, a very fat and very sassy cat indeed who feasted on more than one million dollars of victims over the past five years...

Cheryl Koops-Cummins arrested March 15, 2011.  Mike Cummins arrested March 17, 2011.  Bail set $980,000!  Neither has made bail, both still in jail!

Riverside County Superior Court case number is RIF1101825.

Mike Cummins and Cheryl Koops-Cummins are scheduled to be arraigned on April 11, 2011 in Department 42 of the Downtown Superior Courthouse-Riverside Hall of Justice, 4100 Main Street, in the City of Riverside.

Case was forwarded to San Bernardino County by Pantani about 2 months ago, Pantani's logic was Cummins' place of business is in Ontario (Riverside County). The person (investigator) taking the case was Jeff Neeley 909-891-3328. He works for the DA Glenn Ybuno.

Case was pushed back to Riverside County a month ago. We now have a jurisdiction issue, Riverside County or San Bernardino County. As we all know, California is cutting back all expenditures, legal system is stretched. Status is Paul Pantani's supervisor, Alise Farrell, is looking into the situation, should have an update in the next 1-2 weeks.
