There was a motion heard today
(Friday, May 11) to dismiss the case based on several defense arguments. Luckily, we have
prevailed on the motion to dismiss and this matter is heading for a jury trial
within the next 30 to 45 days. Mr. Santiago and myself will be getting
together next week to coordinate witnesses and evidence.

I hope the judge throws the book at Mike and Cherly! They are cold blooded monsters that will never show any remorse for their many crimes. They must be Meth addicts!
