Case was forwarded to San Bernardino County by Pantani about 2 months ago, Pantani's logic was Cummins' place of business is in Ontario (Riverside County). The person (investigator) taking the case was Jeff Neeley 909-891-3328. He works for the DA Glenn Ybuno.

Case was pushed back to Riverside County a month ago. We now have a jurisdiction issue, Riverside County or San Bernardino County. As we all know, California is cutting back all expenditures, legal system is stretched. Status is Paul Pantani's supervisor, Alise Farrell, is looking into the situation, should have an update in the next 1-2 weeks.

ReplyDeleteI just discovered this site and very pleased to see people TRYING to do something about Mike Cummins. I was married to him over 30 years ago. I knew immediately I had made a mistake but decided to have a child with him anyway. Glad I did.. I now have a wonderful daughter and 2 grandkids. I was only married to him for about 1 1/2 years. So raised my daughter on my own. But for MIke... what a nightmare.. the stories I could tell. Besides owing me over $80,000 in child support.. it's amazing how someone like this can get away for so long with the same type of behavior.. total con artist... My diamond ring was a fake! He'd steal checks out of my check book and buy a car.. it didn't matter who he stole from. After our divorce, I found out that he stole an airplane and even a horse. Has left a trail of bad debts miles long. So, glad to see someone else is trying to bring justice to where it should be. Good luck!
He and his wife are now under arrest with almost a million dollar bail thank god to the hard work and dedication of DMV Investigator Santiago, DMV Investigations Supervisor Guzman and District Attorney Homan! Both Cheryl and Mike Cummings have been arrested for the illegal activities under the Jaguar Central business and are now facing the criminal court system. Many cars and vehicle parts have been recovered. Thanks DMV Riverside Investigations and the Riverside District Attorneys office..

ReplyDeleteCummins and his crew of Hacks lacked the skills to properly restore classic Jaguar cars and that is why all of his work was incomplete and flawed. His lack of business sense and greed led to his demise.
