Mike Cummins vacated his Ontario, Ca facility located at 535 Magnolia Ave last week after meeting with Karolyn Verville. Promised he would pay her money due and return a car owned by her. And voila, he vacated his facility in the dark of the night two days later. If anyone knows where this criminal is hiding, please post his whereabouts.

Jaguar Clubs of North America www.jcna.com -- Strips Mike Cummins and Cheryl Cummins (Jaguar Central, RCM Restorations) of all JCNA Concours Wins Due to Massive Fraud!

JCNA has stripped Mike and Cheryl Cummins -- Jaguar Central -- of all wins to include deleting any/all mention on the JCNA web site ('Standings' Section) -- an unprecedeted action for JCNA.  Given the extent of misrepresentation and fraud committed by Mike and Cheryl Cummins, JCNA is in the process of revising its by-laws to ensure criminals like Mike and Cheryl Cummins never take advantage of the good people at JCNA again.

Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins (Jaguar Central) entered 3 JCNA sanctioned events in 2007.  August 5, 2007 (Spanish Landing, San Diego), September 9, 2007 (Botanic Garden), and October 6, 2007 (Wine Country) -- winning all 3 events.  They proudly and flamboyantly entered a 1959 grey XK150S representing they owned and restored the car.

These were LIES.  Mike and Cheryl Cummins committed FRAUD.  The Cummins did not own the 1959 XK150S.  The Cummins did not restore the 1959 XK150S.  JCNA has confirmed via notarized documentation by the real owner of the XK150S that he had taken his XK150S to Jaguar Central (Mike Cummins) for servicing.   Under the auspices of servicing the car, Mike and Cheryl Cummins fabricated delays, then took the car to JCNA sanctioned events without the owner's permission -- or knowledge. 

Mike and Cheryl Cummins used the 3 wins as credentials to establish themselves as experts in the Jaguar community, then went on to defraud and steal more than $700,000 from 10 different parties.  The Cummins amazingly claimed they were Board of Directors for JCNA -- and also JCNA sanctioned judges.  JCNA has confirmed both Mike Cummins and Cheryl Cummins are not (never were) on the Board of Directors of JCNA .  JCNA has also confirmed both Mike Cummins and Cheryl Cummins are not (never were) JCNA sanctioned judges.

BEWARE!  Mike Cummins and Cheryl Cummins are very BAD people.  Con-Man.  Con-Woman.  Mike Cummins and Cheryl Cummins LIE.  CHEAT.  STEAL.  Jaguar Central is located in Ontario, California.  Mike and Cheryl Cummins home of record is in Corona, California.

Kenny Hudson's Story -- Misrepresentation and Fraud by Mike Cummins

I was also ripped off by Mike Cummins. I took him to court and I won my case. I'm a broker and I sold him three E Type Roadsters and many spare Roadster parts for $65,000. He agreed to pay my 10% commission and he was very nice to me until he picked up the cars. He stopped returning my phone calls and when I finally got him on the phone and he made all kinds of crazy and racist threats to me. After I won my case he had the nerve to file an appeal. I also won the appeal! He finally paid me after I filed for a hearing of examination in court. Mike failed to show up for that hearing and the judge issued an arrest warrant on Mike for not showing up to court. I emailed Mike and told him that he was going to be arrested and, he called me right away and payed off the judgement! I had many people in Europe and the USA that wanted to purchase the cars from me and I chose to sell him the cars because he was a local JCNA member. I've dealt with many strange and shady people in my 25 years in he car business. I can honestly say that Mike is the worst person I ever dealt with! Trust me you do not want to be associated with Mike Cummins! You really need to remove him from membership! I attached one of my court documents to this email.

What can a party do when they run into criminals like Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins, AKA Jaguar Central, RCM Restorations?

First action is to initate a complaint with the Bureau of Automative Repair (BAR).  To date, 5 people have filed complaints with BAR relating to their dealings with Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins, AKA Jaguar Central.  BAR has investigated the complaints, had a difficult time 'cornering' Mike Cummins. 

Mike Cummins is extremely 'slippery'.  When 'cornered' (Mike Cummins doesn't take calls, make for easy access), Mike Cummins tells the BAR investigator each visit he will get a license.  No action taken by BAR.  No action taken by Cummins, he does not get a repair license.  Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins, Jaguar Central have been operating without a repair license for more than 3 years! 

The situation was escalated to the BAR representative handling fraud in June 2009.  BAR specializes in fraud relating to insurance transactions, not equipped to handle situations/criminals like the Cummins.  BAR fraud representative recommended taking the situation to the DA in San Bernardino County. 

Second action is with the DMV.  There have also been 5 complaints lodged with the DMV.  Mike Cummins is selling cars without a dealer's license.  No response from DMV for any of the complaints.  Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins, Jaguar Central have been operating without a dealer license to resell autos for more than 3 years!

Situation now escalated to the DA in San Bernardino County to take criminal action.  Investigation underway.  Challenging process given state of California's economic situation.  Mike Cummins and Cheryl Cummins if you are reading this blog, all your victims hope you have a nice and peaceful time sleeping tonight.  No licenses required behind bars!  Your duly appointed TIME will soon be at your doorstep.

Mike and Cheryl Cummins sweet-talked me to buy 3 classic cars (jaguar, Bentley and MErcedez). He was suppose to restaure the cars and sell them in auctions. We were supposed to split profits.  I gave him $100,000 in CASH.  8 months later, I still don't have my cars  (he only showed me pictures of them) and I never saw my money again. When I phone him, he either don't pickup, or has 1,000 excuses why it is taking so long.  My next step will be to buy a gun and take care of busines myself.

Mike Cummins, Jaguar Central Inc., Jaguar Central Corona, Cheryl Cummins, Cheryl Koop Cummins Do not do business with this company, they make promises to do work, take money, do not perform agreed work, then take major parts off you car. major nightmare! Ontario, California

Jaguar Central Inc., Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins, Cheryl Koop-Cummins have made a practice of making agreements to do work, collect money & do not perform agreed work. When I finally got tired of the false promises and lack of performance and tried to get my cars back I discovered I had lost many of their good parts (in my case a 2 page list including original tool roll, jack, convertible top, side curtains, original tri carbs, gearbox, etc. etc.). The cars are a real mess. I not only have paid for work not done but now have incomplete cars. The work that was done is poor quality. Mike Cummins has done this to several people that I am aware of.

I also loaned him an original paint chip book, as I have done to many people in the hobby as a favor to be able and get an accurate match on paint. He promised to return it...over... and over... and over...but never did! This book is now NOT available to others in the hobby. He has not only robbed a rare item from me but robbed others in the hobby of a valuable resource. Mike and Cheryl are absolutely the worst people I have dealt with in over 30 years in the hobby/business!

Jaguar Central Inc. has a well earned "F" rating (their lowest rating) with The Better Business Bureau. Their description for this rating is:

"We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices".

I entered into an agreement with Jaguar Central (Cailifornia)(Mike Cummings)to purchase a restored 1974 Jaguar E-Type Car. Part of the agreement was that I would have myself, or an inspector check the car before it was shipped to me in Florida. When JC said the car was ready for inspection I flew a gentleman in from Nevada who owns two of these cars and if very familiar. My inspector inspected the car and reported some items on the car that needed to be taken care of. Mike Cummings and my inspector signed the list of items to be rectifed before delivery. Mike Cummings assured me the list would be completed before delivery, but he would need about one week to complete the list. I then wired payment for the car in full.

About one week later before the pickup occured I asked Mike Cummings , Is everything on the list complete, he replied the list is done. Mike Cumings was also to inlcude with the shipment of the car the original bumpers and overriders that I had paid for seperate from the car.

When the car arrived to me in Jupiter FL, the car would not even run. 75% of the items on the list had not been completed. This included A/C not working, car not charging due to bad alternator. I contacted Mike Cummings, he told me to stop whining, that he would make good on the parts, but not the labor to make the situation right. I said send me the parts, but that the labor also should be covered. To date he refuses to send any parts to me, or take care of the labor. It cost me 3100.00 for the repairs.
