Spoke with District Attorney Homan Hosseinioun yesterday, he confirmed the case is going to trial in June 2012, will be arranging a date with Cummins' attorney next week. If Homan does not contact all injured parties in the next week, please contact him, to confirm your availability to attend. The more than attend/participate/testify, the better the chance to put Cummins behind bars for many (many) years.

Mike Cummins/Cheryl Koops-Cummins Case Going to Trial -- Update from DA
There was a motion heard today
(Friday, May 11) to dismiss the case based on several defense arguments. Luckily, we have
prevailed on the motion to dismiss and this matter is heading for a jury trial
within the next 30 to 45 days. Mr. Santiago and myself will be getting
together next week to coordinate witnesses and evidence.
