Husband Michael H. (Mike) Cummins gets 6 years for Grand Theft!  Cheryl was (equally) complicit in the CRIME spree -- she STOLE more than $1M from victims.  She sang like a canary (against Mike) March 2011 to 'get out of jail'.  Cheryl Koops (Koops-Cummins) lies, cheats, steals (big time)!  A Con-Woman!  Now using 'allthatisvintage11' on ebay to find new/next victims -- on the street.  This is a very bad 'fat cat'.  BEWARE!
