Mike Cummins, Cheryl Koops-Cummins using company names Jaguar Central (aka Jaguar Central Inc, Jaguar Central Corona, RCM Restorations) and eBay User ID allthatisvintage11 have defrauded/stolen more than $1,000,000 from 10 different parties over the past 36 months. The objective of this blog is to stop the Cummins' crime spree -- and help to minimize the number of victims in the future.
